Sadie Zawisza MS BCBA LABA
Hi, I’m Sadie, a Board—Certified Behavior Analyst, author, caregiver, and lifelong advocate for inclusion and awareness of Phelan-McDermid Syndrome.
Whether I’m supporting families through evidence-based ABA, writing stories that honor neurodiversity, or advocating for rare conditions like PMS, everything I do is rooted in compassion and connection.
Care, connection, and creativity—all in one place.
This space was built with heart. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, caregiver, and creative, my work lives at the intersection of compassion, human connection, and meaningful expression. Whether you’re here to explore behavior support rooted in evidence and empathy, discover inclusive children’s books that celebrate neurodiversity, or follow the journey of a professional navigating life with anxiety and ADHD—this site brings it all together. It’s a place where stories spark understanding, tools empower growth, and care extends beyond credentials. From therapy insights to creative projects, everything here is guided by a deep belief: that healing, helping, and creating all begin with connection.

I’m Sadie, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst based in Massachusetts. I’ve worked closely with children and families for years—first as a behavior technician, then as a personal caregiver, and now as a BCBA supporting home-based services.
But my story doesn’t stop at data and behavior plans. My life has been deeply shaped by the children I’ve cared for—especially those who communicate in ways we’re still learning to understand. That journey inspired me to write books like E Man and Miles’ Eyes, which celebrate the beauty of difference, the power of presence, and the many ways love shows up.
I believe in slowing down. In seeing people for who they are. And in creating spaces where every child—and every caregiver—feels seen, supported, and valued.
